1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and f95jl ("f95jl," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at f95jl.net. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on the f95jl website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

3 Account Registration

To access f95jl's gaming services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one f95jl account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods, or overlapping IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, f95jl reserves the right to:

• Suspend all associated accounts pending investigation

Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

f95jl supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. f95jl does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals through any of these supported methods.

Deposits

Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or employers — are not permitted. GCash and Maya deposits typically credit to your f95jl balance within 60 seconds. InstaPay and bank transfer credits are subject to the settlement schedules of the originating financial institution.

f95jl reserves the right to apply minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are published in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in your own name. f95jl will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya: Typically within 1–4 hours of approval
• InstaPay: Same business day, subject to bank cut-off times
• PesoNet / Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days

f95jl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that display patterns consistent with money laundering or bonus abuse. During any investigation period, the relevant withdrawal may be temporarily held pending resolution.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. General Bonus Rules

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on the f95jl platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, and jackpot games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning mechanisms overseen by trained croupiers and monitored by independent certification bodies.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot and casino games are either published within the game's information panel or available on request from f95jl customer support. Theoretical RTP values represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

Sportsbook Rules

Malfunction Policy

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f95jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your eligibility to play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering patterns, or any strategy designed to extract value from promotional terms without genuine recreational play intent.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider for a deposit that was validly processed. Players who initiate illegitimate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and the disputed amount recovered from any remaining balance.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the f95jl platform — including but not limited to the f95jl brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, text content, promotional graphics, game thumbnails, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of f95jl or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the f95jl platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the f95jl platform without the express prior written consent of f95jl.

Game content displayed on the f95jl platform, including slot titles, live dealer streams, and table game interfaces, is provided under licence from third-party game providers. All intellectual property rights in such content remain vested in the respective game providers.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, f95jl's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statutory liability, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to f95jl in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Loss of data or business opportunity
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind

f95jl provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and uptime, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, and scheduled or emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect availability without prior notice.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

f95jl collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at f95jl.net/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your full name, date of birth, address, government ID numbers, and payment account details — is processed for the purposes of identity verification, account management, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the provision of gaming services. f95jl does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

The revised Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notification.

Your continued use of the f95jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the account closure procedures described in Section 8.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or the use of the f95jl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to f95jl's right to seek urgent injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

f95jl operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved by f95jl's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
